I lived in CA until Feb. 2022, moved to UT and moved back to CA in Nov. 2022. How do I reflect that in TT?

When I go to UT return, it showing that I was in UT from 01/01/2022 and Nov. 2022 which is not correct. Because I was in UT only from Feb. 2022 to Nov. 2022, not January.

Your state residency is established by DOMCILE not just where you live. See Am I a resident?  In most cases, if you move somewhere on a temporary basis with the intention of returning to your previous state, you did not abandon your domicile and still have the obligation to report money you made in another state.
