I lived in CA & AZ in 2018. I completed move to Arizona, 5/2018. Last CA check had monies withheld for CA State Taxes & SDI. I receive SSA. Do I need to file in CA & AZ?

Do I pay state taxes for both states?

If all you receive as income in Arizona is SSA then you don't have to file an AZ income tax return.  You will have to file in California, reporting your "California-sourced" income (wages) and any other taxable income you received while you were a resident of California.
