I live overseas. The post code isn't a US one and there is no accomodation for this on my personal information

Are you asking how to enter a foreign address in the Personal Info section on a screen that is titled "Enter Your Current Mailing Address?"

If so, you must indicate the "Type of mailing address", using the dropdown menu.  When you choose "Foreign", the data fields will change and there will be a box for the international postal code.
