I live overseas. I earned Miscellaneous income from Comission from a company in Colorado. Do I enter Colorado as the state where I earned income?

Unless you performed the work in Colorado or are a legal resident of Colorado, you didn't earn that income in Colorado. It is not considered as income from a Colorado source. The term "source" does not infer location, it refers to the income activity (e.g. wages, investments, interest, business income)
