I live in Texas, no state Income tax. But I work remotely for a company based in Kentucky, who has a state income tax. How do get that back?

If you had Kentucky state income taxes withheld from your wages then you will need to file a nonresident KY state tax return.

In the My Info section you were asked if you made money in other states, you should indicate Yes and select Kentucky as that state.  When completing the KY state return you enter 0 income earned in KY so that you will get a refund of all the KY taxes withheld.
