I live in PA, but work in NJ. On my W2 my employer's address shows as NJ, but Box 15 indicates PA. What do I use as my source of income? NJ or PA?

If PA, do I not file a NJ return?

Pennsylvania and New Jersey have a reciprocal tax agreement for W-2 income. Under the reciprocal agreement you pay income tax only in the state that you live in. In your case, you do not have to file a New Jersey tax return. The employer's address doesn't matter. Enter the state information (boxes 15 - 17) in TurboTax exactly as they appear on your W-2 form. See the following FAQ for more information.
