I live in Oregon but worked in Washington where there is no state income tax. This is causing my Oregon Taxes to go way up

Yes, sadly even though Washington does not levy a state income tax you still need to pay Oregon State income taxes because you live in Oregon. If Washington had a state income tax, you would have received a credit for the taxes you paid in Washington.
