I live in New Jersey but work in Pennsylvania - do I file with Pennsylvania too?

I am assuming that I do not since I do not work in Philadelphia.  Is there any other circumstance that I would need to?  I noticed on my W-2 NJ state taxes are listed.  Just wanted to confirm.  Thank you for your help!

First you said you work in PA, and then you said you didn't.. Please clarify.

You only need to file a PA return to get a full refund of any taxes withheld from your paycheck.  Or if you had rental or business income from PA.

As a resident of NJ, PA does not tax your wages, per the reciprocal agreement between the two states.
