I live in NC but my company is in SC. I have a K1 from the S Corp. In the K1 there is a 1099 Misc for SC Only. Where do i put that income and state tax withholding?

You enter your K-1 and 1099-Misc in your federal return.

File a Non-Resident South Carolina return to report income and taxes paid there.
