I LIVE IN FLORIDA BUT I GET PENSION FROM MICHIGAN, I PAY NO TAXES FOR MICHIGAN. DO I HAVE TO FILE A NONRESIDENT FORM FOR MICHIGAN?

No.  Retirement income only has to be reported to the state where you live.  Florida has no tax return, and you don't declare this to Michigan at all.
