I live in California, my federal return was accepted on 2/12, but my state return still says pending, and it's been a week. Is something wrong?

I ran into the same problem that you did and called the state tax board just a few minutes ago.  The guy told me that TurboTax thought it submitted the tax forms to the state but the state did not open until Feb 5th.  And if you sent it before that date, the state never got it.  He suggested to go back into TurboTax and see if it will allow a resubmission.  As for me, it would not let me resubmit.  He then stated that I should call TurboTax and see if they can resubmit or have to print out the tax forms and send it in the mail.  So, thank you TurboTax for making us pay for your E-file service and then not getting it to the state.
