I live in CA and I want to file my taxes today in order to get the lower price for TurboTax, but I have not received 1099-G yet. 1. Have others in CA received it?

You should have already received your 1099-G form.

I recommend contacting the FTB or using the MYFTB, Secure Chat, or hotline to request the status of your form.
