I live aboard but I don’t see that option

I’ve lived abroad for almost 3 years. Last yeah I didn’t file since I didn’t make enough money but this year I might have to file but I don’t see where I can select that I live abroad

When you are in MY INFO it will ask what state you lived in.   Go all the way down to the bottom of the drop down menu and choose "Foreign or U.S. territory"   Click that one and keep going to enter where you live.
