I left VA in 2023 and moved to FL in 2024. I was charged state tax in VA and need to get my money back. How do I proceed?

Lived in FL the full year of 2024 and need to get funds from VA for 2024?

You will need to complete a nonresident Virginia tax return and report zero income to get your withholding refunded.
