I keep saying the same question I need to file another federal and state tax return do you understand the question

The TurboTax online editions are only for filing one tax return per account.  You will have to create a new account with a new User ID to complete another tax return using the online editions.

Go to this TurboTax website for the online editions, select the edition and start a new account - https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/online/
