I have no W2 earned income, and it ask to enter the New York City Flexible benefits program IRC 125. I enter 0, but it did not like it

Delete the zero and leave that field blank.

Thanks. But I don't understand this, I have gone back and forth put it blank, then 0, then 1 and it did not work. Thanks for telling me do it again by leave it blank,

Are you still getting an error?   Deleting the zero usually works, especially if you do not have a w-2 entered.   If you get an error, it is usually because an amount in Box 14 of your W-2 is coded to the wrong category.
