I have a nanny and live in VA. I filed VA-6H to pay her state withholding. Do I put this amount under estimated taxes for VA?

For federal taxes, nanny withholding and FICA taxes are paid on the individual employer's federal income tax return (Schedule H), so we filed estimated quarterly taxes (1040ES) to make these payments. But for VA, household employer taxes (household employee withholding mainly) are paid on VA-6H annually. We filed VA-6H, but we are trying to figure out if this counts as estimated state taxes in the same way that the 1040ES counts as estimated federal taxes paid.

Unlike the federal "nanny tax," the Virginia household employer's withholding tax is filed on a separate return and is not included in the employer's personal income tax filing.
