I have a home in missouri but only stay there on weekends. I work in KS and stay in my camper in KS 5 days a week for work. How do I file? should I say I live in both?

You can only have one DOMICILE which is the  place an individual intends to be his/her permanent home; a place that he/she intends to return whenever absent. A domicile, once established, continues until the individual moves to a new location with the true intention of making his/her permanent home there. An individual can only have one domicile at a time.

Some states have a statutory resident requirement based on the number of days you are in the state, but Kansas does not so you may or may not be a Kansas resident.
