I have $82 of 1099-misc income in KS, a non-resident state. Do I need to file a KS return on such a small amount of income?

Per Kansas Department of Revenue,  Complete Income Tax Instruction Booklet (including school districts) - 2016 page 3: NONRESIDENTS. If you are not a resident of Kansas but received income from Kansas sources, you must file a Kansas return regardless of the amount of income received from Kansas sources.
