I got a 151 code now it's 1121 what does this mean ? I claimed my nieces for the first time is this a problem turbo tax states you can claim them ?

I had a 151 for a week and then it went to a delayed status with the 1121 code as well. I claimed a new dependant this year also. I have no idea whats going on but it is very frustrating.
