I filed IL in 2018 but not in 2019 - can I e-file?

Hi, as the title suggests, I filed IL in 2018, but did not file in 2019. I do not have an IL driver's license, but it says I can e-file if I filed in 2018 or 2019, but it does not give me an option to input my AGI for 2018. If I put 0 for 2019, will it accept? I don't want to spend $20 just to have it not go through. I have TurboTax Desktop if that matters.

Since you did not file a 2019 return the IRS or state  has no AGI in the system for you.   Try using zero as your AGI.   If zero will not work then you will need to print sign and mail your 2020 return.  And....the early discounts ended on February 28---with the CD/download the state e-file fee is now $25.   You can avoid the state e-file fee by printing and mailing the state return.
