I entered all tax information and run the smart check, I was asked to confirm state tax withholding, I found out that the state tax withholding doubled.

I checked that I didn't enter multiple W-2, checked estimated state tax I entered, all are correct, then I even tried to clean browser cache, delete W-2 and re-entered, but the state tax withholding is still doubled.

What state are you working with? Please respond for further assistance.

You need to make sure you don't have a duplicate W-2 form in your program. You can see the forms in your program by following these steps and delete a duplicate W-2 form if you see it:

  1. Click on Tax Tools in the left menu bar
  2. Click on Tools
  3. Look under Other Helpful Links and choose Delete a form

Find the form or schedule you want to remove in the list and click on the delete icon to remove it.

IF that doesn't work, I suggest you delete the state return and start it over. You will see an option for this when you enter the state routine in TurboTax.

Yes, I did. I even tried to clean the browser cache before delete W-2 and re-entered, then deleted state and started again. Didn't fix the issue. I have even shared screen to have Turbo Tax tech going through all my forms, they couldn't fix it. The only solution is to put 0 for state withholding... I have spent too many hours on your bug and I don't want to waste more of my time now.
