I e-Filed my federal, WV state and PA state returns. I do not owe anything to anyone. Is there any documentation that I need to send to the feds or individual states?

If you efiled your 3 returns and you were not instructed to send anything in, you do not need to.  You will get confirmation from Turbotax about the status of your efiled returns.
