Turbotax won't let me file my tax return without clicking the box to accept the Annual Voluntary Election stating that the Pass-Through Entity is electing to pay tax at the entity level pursuant to MGL ch 63D. I don't want to accept this voluntary election, but can't file taxes without clicking the box. I don't know how to override it.
