I don't understand what to enter for unallocated adjustments for georgia nonresident

TT step indicates -$x,xxx ... I don't understand what I need to do ... the screenshot included in the section shows +xxx ... is that the number I enter or the larger one? and why the plus or minus? makes no sense ... thanks.

You must have a federal adjustment on your return of $xxxx (capital gains for example).  The screen is asking what amount of this relates to Georgia.  If you go to your Forms mode and look at your 1040 or  1040 worksheet, you should be able to determine what the $xxxx amount relates to.

Thanks, but we don't have capital gains; but while reviewing the 1040 and GA500 I see that income not taxable to GA isn't entered. I corrected that on the GA500, and can only come close to the number indicated in the adjustments step for GA. Fed and MO state were much easier to understand and complete! any other suggestions?
