I don't understand this question under payment Allocations. Enter the portion of the following payments attributable to the period when you were a New Jersey Resident?

The total says $620 and a blank box under Payments for NJ Residential Period. What does this mean?

Please clarify what the $620 represents.  My guess is that it is a payment that may not apply to New Jersey (NJ), unless you had withholding for NJ and/or another state.  Check your W-2s to see how much state withholding belongs to NJ, if any.
