I don't understand this question and how to answer it, " Qualifying for the Colorado sales tax refund will this return be transmitted or postmarked by october15,2025"

There's a sales tax credit available in Colorado for year 2024.  To get the credit, you must meet some requirements based on age, residency, income tax, and wage withholding.  

 

In TurboTax answer yes on the return and continue the interview, the program will make sure that if you are eligible, you can get the credit on your return.
