No one here can tell you waht you've done..

BUT

Remember this for future years (though I guess NC could change their policy in the future)

.While a debit-payment can be arranged with a Federal e-filing...It is not possible to arrange to pay NC thru your TurboTax e-filing.

...NC doesn't allow anyone to pay with their E-file.

......You must either send a check in the mail using a D400V voucher form.

or...........you arrange a direct debit..or CrdtCd payment using the NC payment website:

So...you either remember paying by mailing a check yourself...or you remember logging on to the NC payment website...entirely separately form when you filed, and separately arranging a Direct Debit........or not.
