I am trying to file my taxes and I moved at the end of November to California from NC- but it keeps saying I’m a non resident of NC and full of CA. Help?

It keeps giving me a CA penalty for not being insured the whole year even though I was only insured the month I fully lived there- December and I had insurance in NC. I’ve re-entered my dates of living in each state but it isn’t changing anything.

You can indicate that you had coverage all year (as in all year that you were a CA resident)- for California, this is the only way to indicate full year coverage for Part-Year residents.  (On the return full year is indicated with a check box, you only have to indicate months if you were not covered all year)
