For tax purposes, you are Not a GA resident - you are a AL resident, and should have adjusted your DL and tax withholding accordingly. See "Tax Home" rules/examples at https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/p463.pdf  Where you choose to live generally does Not determine your Tax Home. Where you make most of your income does ...

Yes, you can e-file your federal return and print/mail your state return.
If you live in GA, you are a GA resident for tax purposes, and all your income is taxable by GA.  See Section 10 of this reference:
http://ga.elaws.us/law/section48-7-1
If you live in GA and work in AL, you must file a non-resident AL return in addition to a GA return.  In that circumstance, you'll be able to take a credit on your GA return for taxes paid to AL, so you won't be double-taxed.
When using TurboTax, complete the non- resident state return before you do the home state return, so that the credit flows properly.
