I am an OR resident, employed remotely by CO employer from 1/1-9/30. I traveled to CO 8 times, for a total of 43 days. What portion of my income is earned "in" Colorado?

Here's how I'd do it:

1/1 - 9/30/16 = 274 days

43/274 rounded off = 16%

16% of your pay from that employer was therefore earned "in" Colorado.

This assumes that your paychecks stayed pretty equal the entire time.
