I am an expat living in Australia and need to file for 2017. I can not find where to enter my salary. Where do I do this?

1. In TurboTax click on Federal on the left side of the screen
2. Click on Wages and Income at the top of the screen.
3. Scroll down to Less Common Income
4. Click on Show More
5. Click on start for Foreign Earned Income Exclusion

Even if you do not want to take the exclusion and only want to tack foreign tax credit, the wages you enter will remain as foreign wages for the foreign tax credit.
