I am a student in WV, but residency in PA. My W-2 shows state wages as PA, so do I need to file WV state tax form?

No- only Pennsylvania. PA and WV have reciprocity, so you only file a tax return for the state that you are a resident of. If you are living in WV as a student, you would not likely be a resident of WV for tax purposes.

Do not indicate West Virginia on the Personal Info page. It could be your mailing address, but do not select as Other State Income.
