I am a DoD civilian employee working in Maryland DoD's Federal facility while I live in my home in Virginia. Do I file non resident tax for Maryland?

My W-2 has no mention of the Maryland state only Virginia state been entered on box 15.

You do not need to file a Maryland return.

Maryland and Virginia are reciprocal states, meaning you can work in one, live in the other and only have to file a tax return & pay tax in the state where you reside.

Which states have reciprocal agreements?
