I am a Canadian resident. How do I bypass the State tax return as I do not live in a state? Also, the state somehow got set to OH.

I selected Foreign or US Possession. The program still lists OH refund on the left and wants me to file a State Return. Should I just ignore? I don't know why it showing Ohio. That may have been selected initially in error when it asked for Resident State. OH is definitely not selected anywhere now that I can see, but OH refund is still listed on the left side.

In the Personal Info section where asked to select a resident state scroll down to the bottom of the list in the dropdown and select Foreign or US Possession

If a state is showing you can try to delete it so you don't  get charged for state.
