How to Fix? A software update has erroneously changed my refund due, because Form 1040 ln 17 is missing $203, from Sched 2 Ln 3, that it's not pulling from Form8962 Ln29.

Is the above because I wasn't supposed to have had to pay back the Advanced Premium Tax Credit?  If this is the case? Then do I have to file an amended return to claim this additional refund amount? or will they automatically refund it to me as an additional stimulus check?

Do not file an amended return. There is nothing that you have to fix. The American Rescue Plan Act suspended the requirement to repay excess Advance Premium Tax Credit for 2020. The IRS will recalculate your tax return and send you the additional refund. (It's an additional income tax refund, not a stimulus check.) It might take several months to get the refund. See the following IRS news release for more information.
