If you don't recognize the amount of $1,237 on the screen, Allocate Federal Adjustments to Income, it is likely a combination of numbers from your IT-203. The numbers you are looking for is a combination of numbers that equal $1,237. These items do not have their own line item on the IT-360.1. This form is for changes in city residency status and would apply to you since you were a part year resident of NYC (or Yonkers).
The description would be the item, the federal amount would have to total the $1,237 and the NYC (or Yonkers portion) would be the allocation of that item for the time you lived in NYC.
