How do I send copies of non resident tax forms (Pa and Nj ) to Delaware electronically to prove deductions?

TurboTax doesn't always attach copies of the state returns to other states.  The federal, yes, but different states have different requirements and TurboTax doesn't always catch it.  You may be better off paper filing Delaware to make sure that the non-resident state returns are sumbitted as well.
