How do I report a tax loss on a rental property in Maryland?

Current MD nonresident and the rental property has a tax loss on the federal return, but we are unable to take full advantage of it, so it's carried forward passive tax loss.  However, that shows up on the federal return as 0.  What do I report in Maryland?

It depends.

If your only source of income in Maryland is from the rental property, you may not need to file if you do not meet the minimum filing levels as indicated below.
