Do you have the TurboTax Desktop or online version?  My answer depends on your version.

To remove the Income Tax, go to Estimates and Other Tax Paid in Deductions and Credits.

Select Other Income Taxes.  Answer No, to "About other income taxes".

This will delete any additional income taxes you may have entered but not the amounts entered as withholding on other income forms.  You won't delete the withholding amounts.

To remove the Sales Tax, go to Estimates and Other Tax Paid in Deductions and Credits.

Select Sales Tax

If TurboTax asks you how do you want to enter Sales Tax, select enter all my receipts and delete the figure on the next page.

If TurboTax comes up with a page saying that income tax deduction is better for your situation, Continue.  This will clear Sales Tax.

If these actions do not delete your entries (besides withholdings), you can delete forms as follows:

If you have TurboTax Desktop version

1.  Go to Forms Mode

2.  Select Tax Payment Worksheet and Tax and Interest Worksheet.

3.  Scroll down to bottom of form and delete.

If you have the TurboTax online version:

  1. Go to My Account
  2. Select Tools
  3. Choose Delete a Form
  4. Find Tax Payments Worksheet and Tax and Interest Worksheet, select to Delete.
  5. As a step to be sure the form has been deleted, run through step 4 once more to be sure that form was deleted as well as any related worksheets
