How do I put my residency down? I lived in Arkansas from Jan/2019 to June/2019 then to Louisiana until 10/19 then back to Arkansas. I don't see how to add that gap there

You would list both the State of Louisiana and the State of Arkansas as Part-Year Residents.  When adding your state returns to TurboTax, add the State of Louisiana, complete the entire on-screen section for this state before moving the State of Arkansas.

According to the state of Louisiana: A Louisiana Resident is an individual that is domiciled in the state, maintains a permanent place of abode in the state, or spends more than 6 months of the tax year in the state.  A Part-Year Resident is an individual that moved into or out of the state during the tax year.   For more information see State of Louisiana Residency Requirements

For the State of Arkansas, if you did not live there the entire year, you would file as a Part Year Resident.   For more information see State of Arkansas Residency Requirements.
