How do i pay my NJ state taxes

Does the taxes that I owe NJ come out of my federal refund? Or do I have to pay them separate?

You will need to pay the NJ taxes separately.  They will not be taken out of your federal refund.  TurboTax would have printed up a voucher for you to send your payment by check inside your tax return pdf, but you can also just pay directly to New Jersey at the link below using check or credit/debit card.
