How do I get Vermont form 113?

Per state of Vt I will need to file state tax form 113. I sold my house in Vt last year and had to pay the state of Vt  $5K in case any back taxes were owed.

Vermont Form IN-113, Income Adjustment Schedules is supported by TurboTax as an efile and as printed. I trust you are a nonresident. When you enter the information in the Vermont interview, the IN-113 will be generated.

The Vermont form IN-113 can be used to exempt active duty military pay from VT taxes.  However, VT does not exempt military retirement pay from VT taxes.  VT is one of only a few states to fully tax military retirement pay.
