How do I get to my AZ Form 323 and 348?

On the screen titled "Contributions, Tuition and Fees Paid to Qualifying Schools", select one of the last 2 options for contributions made to private schools to get to the screens to enter this information.

On the screen to add your contribution, you must max out the Form 323 contribution limit, then add another contribution and it will trigger the 348. The next screen will verify the amount of credit available for the Form 323 and the following screen will do the same for Form 348.
