How do I find the state identification number for Illinois?

I have a screenshot of my 1099G from the IDES website, but it doesn't show the state identification number? How do I get this? I need it to complete my taxes?

If you have an incomplete 1099-G from Illinois, you can use this information to fill in the blanks.
