How do I find out when the fed and Wisconsin tax due need to be paid by

Tax due for 2018 tax returns was supposed to be paid by April 15, 2019.  If you did not pay yet, they will bill you for penalties/interest based on when they receive your payment and how much you owed.  TurboTax will not calculate that for you.
