How do I find out if I filed a SD 100 Form for 2022?

I am currently working on my 2023 taxes and it is asking me if I had filed for a SD 100 Form or not and it will not let me continue until I answer it. I've tried looking at my previous taxes that I've completed on here but I'm not sure how to identify it if it really is on my taxes from last year. I currently have no clue if it is something that I did or not because I can't remember something that I only do once a year lol.

If you filed an SD 100 - Ohio School District Income Tax Return, it would be a part of your 2022 tax return.  If you prepared your 2022 tax returns using TurboTax you will find a copy in Tax Home in the Your tax returns & documents section of your TurboTax online account.  For more information and instructions on how to access go to:  How do I view, download, or print a prior-year tax return?  If you didn't use TurboTax or cannot access your return for some reason you can call the Ohio Department of Taxation - (800) 282-1780

I'm able to view my 2022 tax form, however I'm not sure where to look on the form to find that information. Is there any key words that I should be keeping an eye out when looking for it because I've reviewed it a few times and I can't really find anything that gives me that answer. Of course I'm not an expert when it comes to tax forms so it could be referred as something else and I'm just over looking it.

TurboTax (TT) does not automatically prepare a School District return (form SD 100), you must initiate it. So there is a god chance, you did not prepare one last year.

You look on the list of Ohio forms. If Form SD100 is not on the list, you didn't do one.
