How do I file ONLY my State taxes? I filed my Federal on another site, and they couldn't do my state because I lived in 2 states in 2018, so then I did turbotax.

Well that was not nice of them  ... however  your ONLY choice to file the state  is to print, ink sign and mail in the return. Efiling can only happen if you efile the fed & state using the same program.
