How do I file my 2018 state taxes?

There was some kind of glitch in the system and my 2018 state taxes were never filed. The federal were.

1. Can I efile at all?
2. how do I file them?
turbo tax doesn’t seem to have that option.
- like what website or where do i go?

I keep getting the answer you need to print it out and mail it. But I can’t even get to a page or place where i can’t print it out because I can’t file it anywhere or even open it to print to file.

what do I do?

I want that $1000 bucks man!

E-fling for 2018 returns has been permanently closed since October 2019. The only way to file your 2018 state return is to print, sign and mail it.

When you mail a tax return, you need to attach any documents showing tax withheld, such as your W-2’s or any 1099’s. Use a mailing service that will track it, such as UPS or certified mail so you will know the IRS and/or your state received the return.
