How do i file local taxes for PA? im confused are these the same as the state taxes

PA personal income tax returns and the PA local earned income tax are two separate returns that most PA residents must file.

TurboTax does not support the preparation of the PA local earned income tax return, you must do it separately.  Most paper files though in some locals it can be done at the tax administrators website.
